Durham County Office of Strategy and Performance (OSP) is a division that sits within the County Manager's Office. OSP is responsible for: 

• Development and Implementation of Durham County Government's Strategic Plan (Where are we going?)
• Performance Management and Data Analytics (How are we doing?) 
• Internal Consultations for Business Process Improvements (How can we better deliver services to residents?)
